In our Nursery class we have been having fun learning all about the “n” sound. We have had a nurse role play area and have developed our imagination and social skills.

We have done activities to enhance our fine motor skills; using chopsticks to pick up noodles, cutting  birds to stick into our nests and hammering nails to make shape pictures.“Look at how many noodles I have picked up!”
                                                                                                 “These noodles are stringy.”

“Tap, tap, tap, banging the nails.”  

We loved learning about how birds make nests and experimented making our own nests with straw, leaves and twigs………….

 

…………..and even made some out of chocolate.
